Rimrock will move your vehicle to your take-out location. Prices listed below are per/vehicle. Multiple vehicles qualify for a per/vehicle discount. Please fill out one form per vehicle.

Please submit your shuttle request 72 hours in advance.

When we receive your form, we will call you to confirm and get your credit card payment.  Your shuttle is not confirmed until we call you back!

Out of respect for everyone’s time and money, please follow our guidelines below to ensure the safety of your vehicle and our workers. Failure to do so will result in additional costs applied.

  1. Make sure you have a spare key.
  2. Please double check your vehicle is mechanically sound prior to beginning your trip. Check lights, fluids, belts, and tires to confirm your vehicle is operating safely.
  3. Your vehicle needs to be filled with enough fuel to drive it to the take out. In the case where your vehicle does not meet this requirement, we charge an additional fee for the time on top of the cost of fuel.  A bill will be left inside the applicable vehicle.
  4. While we do our best to avoid flat tires, they are not uncommon considering the conditions of the roads we encounter. Please carry a spare tire, lug wrench, and jack. If your spare tire is locked, please make sure we have access to a key.   We do our best to accommodate these situations by using fix-a-flat and tire replacements with additional service fees.
  5. Gratuities are appreciated by the drivers which can be left in the vehicle or in the office. If you leave it in your vehicle, please mark it as a tip otherwise our drivers will not take what is not designated for them.
  6. Your vehicle is required to have current state registration and insurance certificate accessible to the driver. If you have a digital copy, please print the certificate out and leave it in the vehicle.
  7. Double check that your vehicle is not parked in 4-wheel drive.

Trailers

We inspect hitches, tailgates, safety chains, lights, and jacks, but the sound construction and maintenance is your responsibility. Following are some guidelines for you to follow:

  1. We will only shuttle trailers that are well built and suitable for traveling safely at normal road speeds. Trailers constructed with nails, screws and rope are not sturdy enough. Tailgates must be attached firmly and securely. Please consider its function on a dirt road.
  2. Be certain your trailer hitch and ball are the correct size and that the hitch is attached securely and is appropriate for the weight and size of the trailer. You must have safety chains and trailer lights must work.
  3. Trailers must have a least one spare tire which needs to be attached securely. Please check trailer tires and spares for proper inflation and tire tread. If the trailer spare or hitch is locked, be sure you leave us a key.
  4. Do not leave garbage or loose items in trailers.
  5. Trailer bearings should be greased and checked before your trip.
  6. A standard fee of $20 will be added to oversized vehicles such as RVs and campers.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RISK AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY

I, the undersigned vehicle owner/agent or authorized user of vehicle, am aware that an agent or employee of Rimrock Adventures will be driving the vehicle from the specified destination (“shuttling”). I am aware that the roads in the area may be rough and poorly maintained and the roads may include danger beyond the danger beyond the control of the drivers. I acknowledge and accept that shuttling includes the following non-exhaustive list of risks and dangers to the vehicle: vehicle damage from hitting wild game, driving on rough roads, being hit by falling debris and possible chips to windshields. I understand that these risks arise from the areas mountainous roads. I understand that these dangers are from natural obstacles rather than driver error. I, voluntarily accept full responsibility for any loss, property damage, and all other damages that may be sustained by the vehicle, including without limitation loss or damage to property such as vehicle repairs of any kind. In consideration of Rimrock Adventures shuttling, I voluntarily consent to and accept all risks associated with participation. I agree to forever indemnify, defend, save, hold, harmless, discharge and release Rimrock Adventures shuttles and their agents and employees (“Releases”) from any and all liability, claims, causes of action or demands of any kind and nature whatsoever, including attorneys fees incurred by Releases, that may arise from Releases’ negligent conduct or from my own negligent or intentional conduct in connection with the vehicle to be shuttled. It is my express intent that this Acknowledgment of Risk and Waiver of Liability shall serve as a release, discharge and acceptance of risk for my heirs, estate, executor, administrator, assigns and all members of the vehicle owner’s family. If my vehicle becomes disabled or unsafe/unlawful to drive, I authorize Rimrock Adventures to act as indicated below to remedy the situation. I am responsible for all expenses associated with towing and/or repairing the vehicle.
